Dadok Terms of Service (en)
1. Service
Dadok is a personal journaling app offering mood logging, character interaction, and optional AI letters.
2. Not a medical service
Dadok is not a medical, counseling, diagnostic, or therapeutic service and does not replace professional help. In a crisis, contact the resources listed in the app (e.g., 988 in the US) or local emergency services.
3. Account
Logging works without an account. If you sign in, provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You can delete your account in-app at any time.
4. Dadok+ subscription & purchases
- Dadok+ is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly/annual), charged to your App Store/Google Play account, renewing unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage/cancel in your store account settings (iOS: Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions / Android: Play Store > Payments & subscriptions).
- If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
- Refunds follow each store's policy.
- One-time purchases (characters, skins) are tied to your store account.
- Cancelling never removes your entries or free features.
5. Content & rights
You own your entries. All intellectual property in the app, characters, and designs belongs to the operator.
6. Prohibited conduct
No reverse engineering, abnormal access, or use that infringes others' rights.
7. Limitation of liability
Dadok is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. AI-generated letters are statistical, comforting summaries and are not guaranteed to be accurate or suitable.
8. Changes & termination
The service may change. If the service is discontinued, we will give at least 30 days' notice and provide export (CSV/PDF).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes are subject to the court of competent jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.

다독 이용약관 (ko)
1. 서비스
다독은 감정 기록과 캐릭터 상호작용, 선택적 AI 편지를 제공하는 개인 기록 앱입니다.
2. 의료 서비스가 아님
다독은 의료·심리 상담·진단·치료 서비스가 아니며, 전문적 도움을 대체하지 않습니다. 위기 상황에서는 앱이 안내하는 전문 기관(예: 한국 109, 미국 988) 또는 가까운 의료기관에 연락하세요.
3. 계정
계정 없이 기록 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다. 로그인 시 정확한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 계정 보안은 이용자 책임입니다. 앱 내에서 언제든 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
4. 다독+ 구독 및 구매
- 다독+는 자동갱신 구독입니다(월/연). 결제는 App Store/Google Play 계정으로 청구되며, 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 자동 갱신됩니다.
- 관리·해지: 스토어 계정 설정(iOS: 설정 > Apple 계정 > 구독 / Android: Play 스토어 > 결제 및 정기결제).
- 무료 체험 제공 시, 체험 종료 전 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 유료 전환됩니다.
- 환불은 각 스토어 정책을 따릅니다.
- 캐릭터·스킨 등 일회성 구매는 구매 계정에 귀속됩니다.
- 구독을 해지해도 기록과 무료 기능은 그대로 유지됩니다.
5. 콘텐츠와 권리
이용자가 작성한 기록의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 앱·캐릭터·디자인 등 서비스 일체의 지식재산권은 운영자에게 있습니다.
6. 금지 행위
서비스 역설계, 비정상적 접근, 타인의 권리 침해에 이용하는 행위를 금지합니다.
7. 책임의 한계
다독은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서, 운영자는 앱 사용으로 인한 간접·부수적 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. AI가 생성한 편지는 통계 기반의 위로 문구이며 정확성·적합성을 보증하지 않습니다.
8. 서비스 변경·종료
서비스 내용은 변경될 수 있습니다. 서비스 종료 시 최소 30일 전 공지하며, 기록 내보내기(CSV/PDF) 수단을 제공합니다.
9. 준거법·분쟁
본 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법상 관할 법원을 관할로 합니다.
